Capture customers you may lost when employees are busy or a work day is over. Let them order a free call back. The module adds a call back form to contact with employee.
The benefits for customers
Easy way for customers to contact with employee when he is busy (speaking with another customer). To contact with an employee a customer should type only his phone or email to the contact form (the form is configurable).

This module supports you to capture customers you can lost.
Features
- You can manage all requests from back office (add comment, mark as handled).
- You can configure the module to display fields: name, phone, email or all of them.
- You can configure the module which employee should receive Emails (or disable this feature).
- You can configure a phone mask, i.e. 8 (913) 123 45 67 or 33-44-55 and so on.
- Anti-spam and anti-bot protections (all requests are verified before adding to database).

It is a great module for customers call back if you want to keep personal data only in your shop. The module has the necessary settings and very easy to use. It also has special checks for spam protection. No spam detected on our shop and I think there is no sense to spam :)
