How to purchase a component or a service

  1. To purchase a module you need to be registered on this site.
  2. During the ordering you have to agree the license agreement and specify your shop domains, where you will install a purchased module. Carefully read the information provided on the ordering pages.
  3. When ordering a component. Once payment is confirmed, you will be able to download a component from your account. Some of components can't be downloaded from your account as they are delivered by E-mail directly by a seller of a component. If you purchased one of these components then wait please the respective Email message. The delivery by E-mail is performing manually, so there is always a delay of one to several hours. A developer works on working days: from Monday to Friday (at his discretion, he can also work on weekends). If you have not received a message to your E-mail within 24 hours, then check the SPAM folder (do not forget to mark the letter as "Not SPAM" so that you can receive new messages in the future).
  4. When ordering a service. Once payment is confirmed, a contractor will contact with a customer. Working days: from Monday to Friday (weekends and holidays - by an agreement and an discretion of a contractor). A customer of the service is recommended to contact the contractor by feedback and ask questions before payment (but not ask questions after payment).
