Major update - Delivery by Boxberry (v2.0)

Major update of the module "Delivery by Boxberry". Current version is 2.0. The update from 1.x to 2.x is not allowed (full pay is required). Added new features (see changelog). The new version of the module is intended for PrestaShop 1.5, 1.6 and 1.7.

The previous version (i.e. 1.x) will not supports soon. This support ends 2018-11-30. Till this date is possible to required the last version 1.x.
