Short description
The module allows to fully manage orders that have created by customers. You can modify these order data: a set of products, a set of payment transactions, and a set of vouchers, delivery, addresses, and order’s state. You can also delete and filtering orders.
The benefits for merchants
In PrestaShop 1.4 is not possible to fully edit orders, after it has been created by a customer. Therefore, this module is very useful for store managers who accompany customers' orders.
Features
Inexpensive and functional module that has almost everything you need to edit orders:
- you can modify a set of products in an order that have combinations or not
- you can modify a price of a product that have already placed to an order or change its quantity
- you can modify a set of payment transactions
- you can modify a concrete payment record (date, payment method, transactions number, paid amount)
- you can modify a vouchers
- you can modify a data about delivery (date, delivery method, tracking number, options: recycled package and gift wrapping)
- you can modify delivery and invoice addresses
- you can view addresses in Google maps service or Yandex maps service
- you can modify an order’s state and an it’s creation date
- you can send messages to a customer about its order
- you can also add private notes to an order about something for yourself or other employees.

Installation
The module has a normal installation (one click to install) and it is not need to configure. After installation the tool is placed in the «Orders->Orders Editor» tab of the menu.
Recommendations
The module is supports PrestaShop 1.4 only (1.4.1.0 - 1.4.11.1). PrestaShop 1.4.11.1 (the last of 1.4) is recommended version.
Other
The module does not allow creating a new order from the back-office (by a manager), but in the "Files" tab there is a free script that will allow you to do this - create an order from the back-office based on the existing customer cart (see the instructions in the archive for installing the script; after installing it, a new tab will appear in the backoffice).

Long time no see, the update looks really great and finally also working for PrestaShop 1.4. Truly a great module, and the it is cheap and you get a very impressive module.
